30-Minute Energizing Vinyasa Flow with Laura

Take 30 minutes for yourself and join in for a well-rounded intermediate energizing vinyasa flow practice filmed in a beautiful forest in Mecklenburgische Seenplatte. 

This practice begins with a seated meditation to check in with ourselves, followed by warm-up sequences of sun salutations, standing postures with balances and twists, seated postures, and the final rest of Savasana. This yoga flow supports muscular and skeletal health through isometric holds with balance and stability work. We end with a relaxing mindfulness-based meditation.

All you need for this practice is a mat and blocks if you wish. This intermediate yoga flow is also suitable for beginners, take your modifications when needed.
