Join me as we discuss the evidence behind green exercise and mindfulness-based stress reduction, including a follow-along movement and relaxation session.  

Physical activity in green environments is especially health-enhancing, and learning mindfulness techniques is a beneficial tool for mental health. 

Green spaces are a public health asset. Strategic initiatives for equitable access to green infrastructure are key, especially during the Covid-19 restrictions, which have modified movement behaviour and exposed accessibility issues to quality green spaces for recreation.
